Types of interactive whiteboard

1) Analog Resistive Whiteboard
This whiteboard suuports mouseover, hover effects, right clicks and other mouse functions. A stylus or finger can be used on such types of whiteboards.



2) Electromagnetic Whiteboard

This whiteboard also supports all types of mouse functions and allows user's wrist and hand to rest on the whiteboard while writing or drawing.



3) Capacitive Whiteboard

In this type of whiteboard, nop pen is required to touch the screen and all the electronic components are invisible to the user.



4) Laser Whiteboard


In this type of whiteboard an infrared laser is located at each upper corner of the whiteboard. Markers and stylus can work only when they have a reflective tape.



5) Ultrasonic and Infrared Whiteboard


These whiteboards can be made of any material. The touch cann't be used with such types of whiteboards. It requires a dry eraser marker or stylus.



6) Optical and Infrared whiteboards

Just like the ultrasonic, these whiteboards can be made of any material and they don't even require dry eraser marker or stylus.
